THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE REQUIRES (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) THAT YOU SUBMIT CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION, AND FURTHER THAT: (1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST FORTUNE E-VAULT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND (3) YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US RESOLVED BY A JURY OR IN A COURT OF LAW.

You acknowledge that Fortune e-Vault reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time and to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Accessing the Services

You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Services. Your mobile network's data and messaging rates and fees may apply if you access or use the Services from a mobile device. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and any updates thereto. Fortune e-Vault does not guarantee that the Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or device. In addition, the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. Fortune e-Vault reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

RegisterStocks operates a marketplace that enables holders of SAFE notes, convertible notes, warrants, and other private equity instruments to list those instruments for potential purchase by investors and other qualified buyers. Fortune e-Vault does not act as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or transfer agent. All transactions on the marketplace are between buyers and sellers directly. Fortune e-Vault does not guarantee the accuracy of any document analysis, the completion of any transaction, or the value of any instrument listed on the marketplace.
